Terms & Conditions:HOTEL TERMS All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of Deposit or full payment, and at the tariff applicable to Season. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken. All payments must be made and cleared prior to arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. The Proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody. In the event of any Cancellation or curtailment should the Accommodation not be re-let, the person who made the booking will be liable to pay the total cost as per the reservation less an allowance of food. The Proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
APARTMENTS TERMS We take pride in our high standard of amenities and would respectfully ask all our visitors to leave their apartment as clean and tidy as they found it upon their arrival. Bookings are from 2pm on the date of arrival, (3pm in High Season) until 10am on the day of departure Apartments are offered subject to availability when a deposit is received and acknowledged in writing by us. No booking has been made until a deposit has been received. A booking is deemed accepted by both parties once the confirmation has been posted. Balances are then payable 28 days prior to arrival unless full amount is paid by card on the internet at the time of booking. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation. In the event of cancellations with less than 28 days written notice, the balance remains due IN FULL. We advise cancellation letters be sent registered post. Guests can insure quite cheaply against such risks. In order to comply with the Unfair Contract Terms Act, we must point out that a legally binding contract is in force once your reservation has been accepted by us. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any request to change names on a booking will incur a £20.00 charge and be subject to prior approval. Accommodation may be substituted for alternative of an equal or higher value. Guests must vacate apartments no later than 10am on day of departure – failure to do so will incur a charge of £10.00 per hour. All damages and breakages must be paid for, The management cannot accept responsibility for guest’s property. If credit/debit card payment has been made for full payment then any monies due for cancellations or any damage caused will be charged to the same authorised account. All premises (including car parks) are now STRICTLY NON SMOKING. Any person found to be smoking within the building will incur a £75.00 charge and will be asked to leave. All cars are parked at the owners risk and the management do not hold themselves responsible for any valuables left in the apartments or in their cars. Accommodation should be left in a clean and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a £20.00 charge. Pets are not allowed in some apartments please check with apartment owners. Stag and Hen parties are not accepted by some apartments, (please check with the apartments management before making online bookings as Stags and Hens will not be allowed to stay at some apartments even if they have made bookings) Apartments can only be occupied by the persons named on booking forms or on internet receipts. All guests who stay in our
apartments must conduct themselves in an acceptable manner. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover all eventualities. Credit card bookings will incur a 2% charge which will be added to the price shown. |
