1. Telephone bookings will be held for 5 days provisionally, pending receipt of deposit

2. Bookings are from 2.00pm on date of arrival to 10.00am on date of departure

3. The party is to be exactly as described on the reservation form

4. Deposits paid are non-refundable at 33% of total booking price

5. Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date are to be paid for in full

6. Cancellations only accepted in writing

There is a charge of £8.00 for lost keys. In the event of cancellation booking fees are not returnable. More persons than stated must not occupy the Apartments & Studios. The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time in their opinion, the behaviour of a visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby endangered.
The Proprietors do not holds themselves responsible for valuables left in rooms.
An official receipt will be forwarded if accommodation is available, if accommodation is not available your deposit will be refunded by return of post.
The guests are responsible for loss or breakage.
