self-contained Holiday Apartments provide very clean, comfortable and
well-equipped accommodation, with the freedom to come and go as you please.
We are situated in a lovely position on the seafront, only a few minutes
walk from the famous Tower, the North Pier and all the Town Centre shops,
theatres, clubs, restaurants, entertainments & amenities. Ideal to enjoy
all the magic atmosphere of the Blackpool Illuminations in the Autumn, and
ideal for quiet relaxing walks in the fresh air all year round.

We welcome families, couples and mature guests, but to avoid
disturbance and nuisance to other guests and to our property (this is also
our home) we regret that we DO NOT accept 'stag'
night or similar rowdy group bookings.

has Magnificent Sea Views! A large room with double divan bed, a double
sofa bed and kitchen. In addition there are bunk beds in a separate room.
Maximum guests in Flat 3 (subject to approval)
= 3 adults and 2 children, but it is a very popular choice for couples with
one or two children (or for couples on their own, who like a more spacious
flat with a magnificent sea view).

Apartment 6 has magnificent Sea Views!
Has double divan bed plus sofa bed in the same
room. Maximum guests = 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. A popular
choice for couples wanting a more spacious flat, a twin or couples with with
one or two children.

How to Find Us
|
Head into the centre of Blackpool (best route by car is to
follow 'central parking areas' along Yeadon Way, ignoring turn-offs for north
shore and south shore). Once on the seafront, head north (away from the Pleasure
Beach). Coming along the Promenade from the Tower, you will pass the North Pier
and the Metropole Hotel (which used to be a Butlins hotel) on the left. The road
here is running along the path of the tramlines. Sunny-Dee's is only a little
way up from here, at the end of block which starts with a tall, white building
(Regent Court). We are on the right hand side, facing the sea, between the
Stretton Hotel and the Aloha Hotel, just before the junction with Cocker Street
(Cocker Square = the tram stop) A useful landmark on Cocker Square set back
from the road is LIBERTY'S HOTEL (The Alabama).

By TRAM - ask for "Cocker Square". Trams run regularly
along the seafront to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the top free tourist
attraction in the UK, welcoming over 7 million visitors annually. There's
something for everyone, with over 145 rides and attractions including one of the
greatest selections of rollercoasters anywhere on the planet.
