Our Apartments are a very high standard and have had the same proprietors for 36 years we have been inspected and approved by the B.S.C.H.A. and have the honour of being Highly Recommended please in your own interest book early to avoid dissapointment.

The Somerset apartments have been with the same owners for 36 years, we have made our standards higher every year.  We now have apartments that we are very proud of.  All our apartments are En-suite and centrally heated, Kitchens are fully equipped including microwaves. Our standard of cleanliness is extremely high, with the result that many of our guests return year after year.

We are open all year, Families, couples, senior citizens are all welcome. ( we are sorry but we do not cater for singles or pets). Local supermarket and launderette are within walking distance. Situated 2 minutes from the Promenade between Central and South Piers. One minute to The New Manchester Hotel. The Bus Station, Lonsdale Car Park and Shops of every description are all close by.
New for 2009, In each apartment we can now offer our guests DVD player, Free View Television and free Wi-Fi connection.

Holiday Apartments are the perfect way to spend your Holiday. Complete freedom is yours the whole time. You have your own front door key and Apartment key, and may come and go as you please.

Situated on the ground floor front with sea view, New luxury flat with 2 double beds in a separate bedroom, en-suite shower & toilet, sitting room/kitchen with double sofa bed, sleeps 2-6 persons

Each Apartment is fully furnished with sink unit, cooker, Microwave, fire, hot water, kettle, sauce pans, frying pan, crockery, cutlery, Central Heating and everything you require. All you need to bring are toilet necessities and tea towels.

Situated on the first floor front, with a sea view.
A large lounge/bedroom with double bed, plus a modern sofa bed, an archway to kitchen & dining area, en-suite shower & toilet, sleeps 2-3 persons.

We are proud of our standards of comfort and cleanliness, and we ask our clients to co-operate with us, by leaving Apartments clean and tidy, and by avoiding undue noise which may disturb other people.
We Have no Attic Apartments.
Cotton sheets, duvets, pillow cases etc, are all provided.
Each Apartment has colour Television and Fridge.
Cots are available for young babies.
Domestic pets are not allowed in the interest of hygiene.

Apartments have Luxury Divan Beds to ensure your absolute comfort and enable you to have restful nights.

During the summer season, keys to apartments are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Luggage may be left earlier.

By Car: From the M55 Motorway continue to the end of the Motorway at the roundabout bear left to the next roundabout turn right continue straight on through all lights to the Promenade turn right continue past the Pleasure Beach past the Windmill at traffic lights on the Promenade look for Barton Avenue on your Right before the next set of traffic lights. we are 50 yards on your left

By Rail: A few minutes taxi ride from Blackpool North Station.

By Air: A few minutes taxi ride from Blackpool Airport.
