property. Situated in a choice position adjacent to the promenade
and sea front. The holiday flats offers clean, comfortable accommodation at

bus stops, taxis and the Coliseum Coach Station.

Your newly refurbished flatlet is decorated to the highest standard and
boasts all modern amenities. The flatlet can be used as a base to see
the fabulous Lake District or the beautiful country and seaside towns
surrounding Blackpool, by coach or your own car. Whether you are a

There are several nearby car
parks, or cars may be parked day and night outside the flatlets. Each
flatlet is furnished and equipped with wall cupboards, modern sink units,
hot and cold water, cooker, electric fire, cutlery, crockery, kitchen
utensils, blankets etc. Please bring your own
towels. Bed linen is supplied at no extra charge.

Yale keys are provided for
each flatlet, also the main door key to enable unrestricted movement in and
out of the flatlets, there is a small deposit charged on keys refundable
when your keys are returned. We are proud of our standards of comfort
and cleanliness and ask visitors to help us by keeping their flatlets clean
and by avoiding undue noise which might disturb others.

By Car: From the M55 Motorway continue to the end of
the Motorway at the roundabout bear left to the next roundabout turn right continue
straight on through all lights to the Promenade turn right At the Manchester
Public House into Rigby Road, take a left turn at the cross roads into Tyldesley Road we are on your left.
