In 2004 we decided our love of the place
would be complete by offering others a good old Blackpool break.

are located in the South Shore area of Blackpool adjacent to South Pier, The
Grosvenor Casino, Sandcastle Water World and Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
We are only a tram ride, horse drawn carriage ride or leisurely stroll up
the promenade from more of Blackpool's popular attractions.We
take the greatest care to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible, and
provide a service that is flexible and accommodating to your needs. whether
you are a holidaymaker, competition competitor. or business executive

The dining room is comfortably
furnished, spacious and well appointed. Here you will be presented
with hearty breakfast to start your day in Blackpool.
Breakfast is served at 9.30am in our
comfortable dining area, evening meal is optional. (please book in advance)

and spacious bar, with a wide range of lagers, beers, wines and spirits just
the place for relaxing after a busy day sampling the delights of Blackpool
or to have a drink before heading out on the town in the evening.
the bar also houses our very popular pool
table, and Karaoke machine for your enjoyment. Meet new found
friends for a friendly game at the end of the day, or simply enjoy your
favourite programme on our 42" Plasma Screen.
A variety of hot and cold Bar snacks are
available until 9.30pm.
For our guests comfort a Kleenair system has been installed.

Our comfortable, tastefully
decorated rooms, are all en-suite, equipped with colour television, tea and coffee morning
tray, Clean Linen, Fresh Towels and Central heating. All rooms are now
non smoking.
To ensure our enviable high standards, and our guests complete comfort, all

M6, continue straight on at the final M55 junction,
continue straight on at the 1st Roundabout, continue straight on at the 2nd roundabout,
turn right at the 3rd roundabout, turn left at the 4th roundabout, turn left at the 1st
traffic lights, turn left at the 2nd traffic lights, bear right just before the bridge,
turn right into Withnell Road, and welcome to the Roachvale on your right
