Your comfort and safety are our primary concern, for this reason the Berkeley has the most up to date 'L2' fire alarm system, with automatic emergency lighting, smoke and heat detectors to all suites and corridors, fire resistant doors and two staircases. Guests are permitted to smoke in their suites, but are requested not to smoke in any bedrooms. Smoking is strictly not permitted in any other parts of the Berkeley.

Premier Suite
1 - 8 guests, Truly a home from home, you can not fail to be impressed by the size of this three bedroom suite offering: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room and three separate bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with two double beds. With sea views from every window.

First Floor:
Suite- 11
1-3 guests, Lounge with 4' wall bed, separate kitchen/diner, shower room and double bedroom also has its own balcony 30ftx10ft overlooking the Promenade and sea. The best sea views Blackpool has to offer.
Suite - 12
1-3 guests, Lounge/kitchen, shower room and separate bedroom with double and single bed. With south facing sea views from both the lounge and bedroom.
Suite - 14
1 - 6 guests, Lounge/Kitchen, shower room and two separate bedrooms one with two single beds and the other with two doubles. With south facing sea views from the lounge and both bedrooms.
Suite - 15
1-5 guests, Lounge with double wall bed separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate bedroom with double and single beds. With south facing sea views from both the lounge and bedroom.

Second Floor:
Suite - 21
1-4 guests as suite 11 but with a double wall bed and without a balcony.

1-3 guests, as suite 12.

1-5 guests, as suite 15 but with shower room instead of bathroom.

Third Floor:
Suite - 31
1-3 guests as suite 11, but without a balcony. Benefitting from the height of a four storey building, this suite has the farthest reaching sea views, truly breathtaking.
