Accommodation may be substituted for alternative of an equal or higher value

Guests must vacate by 10am, unless an extension has been booked in advance.

Unauthorised late check outs are subject to a days charge

Berkeley accepts no responsibility for guests property

Accounts are due in full prior to occupation of accommodation

Cheques are not accepted

Deposits are non refundable and non transferable

There is a £20.00 charge for lost keys

In the event of cancellation at less than 28 days notice, the balance will remain due,

should the accommodation not be re-let

If credit or debit card payment has been made for the deposit, then any payment to

cancellation or for any damage/loss caused, will be charged to the same authorised account.

The right to curtail, amend or terminate the stay/contract is reserved by The Berkeley

should the behaviour of any member of the booking party be considered detrimental to

Berkeley or to other guests of Berkeley

By booking this holiday you have entered in to a legally binding contract, it is

recommended that you take out holiday insurance. Details of which are enclosed.

Accommodation should be left in a clean and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge
