Hotel Essential Information & Insurance

Traveller’s protection Services have been selected by the Bedford Hotel to offer our guests peace of mind when booking their holiday. For full information on cover available call 0845 458 4333.  Travellers Protection Services form no part of the Bedford Hotel.  Customers must deal directly with the insurance company.  Please note that any existing medical condition must be disclosed to the insurance company at the time of purchasing the policy.

Limited rooms are available at discounted prices. Offers may be withdrawn at any time

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Payment in full is required 28 days prior to arrival for parties of 10 persons or more.  Prices quoted are per person per stay for twi8n/double occupancy.  Some rooms are available for single occupancy on certain dates, at the discretion of the management, but may be subject to a supplement.  All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%

GUESTS WITH DISABILITES

Unfortunately our hotel may be difficult to access by persons in wheelchairs, or the facilities available may be restrictive.  People with restricted mobility should check with the hotel before booking.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your needs.

PETS

Unfortunately pets (excepting Guide Dogs) cannot be accommodated

CAR PARK

Spaces may not be reserved. Vehicles are left at owners/customers own risk. The Hotel does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Please Note. We cannot reserve specific room numbers, but will do our utmost to comply with your requests for position, floor, facilities etc.

Rooms are available fro 2.00pm. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. The Hotel will store luggage for late departures, although no responsibility for theft, loss or damage will be accepted.  No reduction is made for temporary absence, meals not taken, permanent departure for any reason, nor for accommodation not required after confirmation of booking. In the event of cancellation for whatever reason the deposit paid is non-refundable.

The Management reserves the right to alter the entertainment programme without notice. The Hotel reserves the right to charge any individual causing wilful damage to Hotel property.

LIABILITY

Whilst taking every care to honour commitments, The Bedford Hotel regrets that it will not accept liability for any errors, omissions or cancellations howsoever caused.
