The Beach House offers
seven newly-opened
holiday apartments, one of which is for the disabled. The apartments are
self-catering, non-smoking with, unfortunately, no facilities
for pets. The Apartments enjoy a first class position on Queens Promenade,
overlooking sandy beaches, cliffs, Irish sea and also, during the appropriate
season, Blackpool’s famous Illuminations. The Beach House is situated in
a select area near Bispham and within walking distance to many
amenities, including a Bowling Green. North Shore Golf Course is a short
distance away. Eating out couldn’t be easier with an amazing choice of
restaurants just around the corner. The Beach House is ideal for
everyone.

The Champagne Duplex Suite
2 bedroom - SLEEPS up to 6 + Baby
With two parking bays CCTV covered, and
entrance on the ground floor. The Champagne Duplex Suite will have an ice
cold bottle of Champagne for your arrival. Free wireless internet. Gas
central heating, self controlled in each room.
Unique to Blackpool seafront, it has a large
lounge, with big bay window, curved leather suite, to take advantage of the
sea views, dvd player, 42”colour TV with text and freeview. The large fully
fitted kitchen has a double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, full size
fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery and utensils are
supplied including a hospitality tray. Tea towels, a dishcloth, washing up
liquid, dishwasher tablets, an iron and ironing board are all included. An
attractive Island with stools is ideal for that first morning coffee! The
dining part of the kitchen has full sea views and amazing sunsets in season
.This leads to a decked sun terrace where you can sit and eat, weather
permitting.
Downstairs it has a large bedroom with a
double bed, dressing unit, hair dryer, wardrobe and 20” colour TV with text
and freeview. The en-suite has a bath with shower, wash basin and toilet
plus complimentary toiletries. The second bedroom has a double bed and full
size bunk beds, dressing unit, hair dryer, 20” TV with text and freeview.
This accommodation has a walk in wardrobe. The en-suite is a wetroom with
wash basin, bidet, and toilet, plus complementary toiletries. Leading off
here is your own personal laundry room with sink, washer and separate dryer
plus plenty of hanging space for those special clothes! All towels and
bedding are white and freshly laundered. Duvets and pillows are
hypoallergenic to provide an allergy free sleeping environment. Mattresses
are professionally steam cleaned each year, or renewed.

The Starlight Penthouse Suite
(for larger families or two couples) - SLEEPS 6
Own parking bay and entrance.
Situated second floor. Gas central heating, self controlled in each
room. Open plan lounge, has suite, dvd player, colour tv with text.
Large bay window, leading to balcony, enhances stunning views of sea
and golden beach. Fully fitted kitchenette, also sea views, has
oven, hob; microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. One bedroom has
a kingsize bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and tv. The second bedroom
with two single beds, dressing table, wardrobe,
and tv. Separate room with double sized shower, wash basin and
